    We, as a society, all know the dangers of living unhealthy and the benefits of exercising. We all know that exercise makes you feel and look better. But for some reason “hitting the gym” still doesn’t rank very high on our totem-pole of priorities. Instead we’d rather be immersed in a bowl of ice cream, sitting on the couch and watching our favorite TV show.
    Then when the effects of inactivity start to show up (high blood pressure, backpain, high cholesterol), we go to the doctor and the doctor will give you some pill to reduce these symptoms.
